• Ideal for interior use, on e.g. quarry and terracotta, as alternative to hydrochloric acid
Product
Sulfamic-acid based special detergent (powder).
For cleaning of all acid resistant surfaces.

1 kg covers 25 - 50 m²

Applications
For removal of lime traces and cement film upon grouting on e.g. ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, terracotta, and granite.
Do not use on marble and enamel.
Do not use in connection with filtering devices, chlorine pool water, or other chlorine products.
Surface preparation
If any doubt regarding acid resistance of the surface, it is always recommendable to test the product on a less visible area or spot.
Instructions for use
Dissolve Alfix Acid Wash in water in the proportion 1:6 – 1:20 depending on nature and degree of dirt.
Pre-wet the surface with plenty of clean water.
Apply the solution to the surface, working in smaller sections. Use a coarse pad to scrub the surface while applying.
After a working time of 5- 10 minutes, re-scrub the surface and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
For slightly absorbent tiles, allow min. 24 – 48 hours upon grouting before removal of cement film.
Quarry tiles, terracotta, and other absorbent surfaces should not be acid-washed until the grout has properly set and gained enough strength to withstand washing.
